Change names

Want to change the address on my blog. Every time I try I am sent to ‘select a domain’ nothing about changing the address taht I can see. The problem is my user name is part of the address and I want to remove it.

I want to remove my username “gpthelastrebel” from my address and make it “Shieldsboro Rifles” or another name to be approved by my SCV group. https://gpthelastrebel.wordpress.com/
I would suppose I could create another blog and leave this one inactive? My big worry is will this change affect my other blog https://coldsouthernsteel.wordpress.com/

You can either choose to change the address for
gpthelastrebel.wordpress.comor create a new site under your account.Two things to note:
1. The subdomain
shieldsbororifleswould need to be available.
2. You would not be able to have capital letters or spaces in your site address, so your URL would beshieldsbororifles.wordpress.comI hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any other questions.

for private viewing. how can i check to make sure it is not seen by the public?Just right-click on the URL link and choose “open link in incognito window” and you’ll see how everyone else will see your site if they’re not logged in to view the page.
