change names of primary blog and web address

  I want to change name of primary blog and web address. Can this be done? sample: http://thischange.wordpress.com & this change as primary blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  by changing that “site title” it will change the “example”.wordpress.com?

  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines (not the blog address ie. URL) located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

  I have decided not to change names, to much invested and results are ever increasing with current name. thanks to all responses.

  How about the actual URL? Is there any way to do this? or atleast re create a new one and just transfer all the info from the old one? I would like to upgrade to the pro but I have decided that the current URL is a bit hard to spell for people . lol.. So wanted to keep it simpler. Please help.
