Change nameserver

  I am in the process of mitigating my website from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, and have therefore moved my hosting from wordpress to bluehost. I am trying to change nameserver from wordpress to bluehost, but I cannot see how I can do this. Can you please assist me with the matter.
  I am worried that it can be do to the fact that I have transferred it once already, and is now in some sort of lockdown period.
