Change nav menu position and page builder elements

    Hello,

I am a newbie on wordpress and I am using Go Daddy Techtra theme for my website.

    1. Originally, the navigation menu bar was on the right and seaking into the php files and css, I managed to bring it under the Logo.

    2. I used page builder plugin to generate a slider, some custom menus and text units.

Now when I run the website on a small screen such as Iphone or any small screen device, the navigation menu bar clutters and its height increases to around 300-400px which is normally around 50-70px, and all the menu items form a list one under other.

The second thing is the items i created with the page builder plugin also shift position. I have a slider on the left, a small image and a custom menu under that, both on the right hand side of the slider and a sidebar on the right most side.
On smaller screen, the small image and custom menu come under the slider and the whole page becomes a two column page.

Somebody please help me or tell me where to look around in php files or stylesheet to solve the issue.
