Change Navigation Menu Color for the Mobile Layout

  I am using the Profile theme for my blog. When viewing on a mobile device the navigation menu bar is a two toned blue, Is it possible to change the color to black?

  You should be able to achieve that with some CSS and the custom design upgrade.
