Change number of posts that come up

  Hi, I have 10 posts that come up and I want to change it to only the latest post so the comment box comes up instead of a hard to see link. I can’t figure out how to do that. Can someone help? Thanks

  On your Discussions > Reading page you can set Posts to show but even if you make it ! the comments will not automatically show. People will always need to have clicked the post title to see the comments. It’s just how blogs work.
