Change od the posts deposition

  Hi,
  My theme is illustrate and i would like to know how to change the disposition of the posts in the main page. Now they appear one under the other and i would like them to appear in a little window all of them in the same page, only a picture and the tittle of the post and then the user can click in which they want. Do you know how to change it?
