Change of Administrative Email for Domain Transfer

    I’m trying to transfer my domain to GoDaddy. When I initiated the process of transfer at godaddy, I was told that the administrative email for my domain (email visible only to moderators and staff) isn’t be available or invalid.

    This is the message I got from them

    To complete this transfer, we need approval of the administrative contact for this domain name. However, the administrative email address obtained from your current registrar is invalid, or could not be obtained.

    After you update the administrative email address on file for this domain at your current registrar, you may reinitiate this transfer.

    How to update the administrative email for the domain?

    Also, the privacy needs to be turned off. I’m clicking ‘Manage’ by the side of ‘Privacy: On’ in Control Panel but nothing happens!
