change of contact email address

  the old email address to this account is no longer operational and i do not have access to it. how can i change to the new email address? I am unable to verify using old email address. thank you.

  Hi there,

  To change your email address navigate to Account Settings, enter your new email address in the ‘Email address’ field, and click the ‘Save account settings’ button. The confirmation link will be sent to the new email address.
