Change of Contact for domains set as private

    I would like to transfer my domain held by WordPress to my current host (bluehost). Bluehost’s instructions indicate that the WHOIS contact information needs to be updated to ensure the proper codes are received. When I follow the directions to change the contact (which I had set to private) it will not let me edit those fields. How do I do the transfer if I don’t have access?

    Bluehost instructions:
    “We will now send an email containing a second verification code to the administrator email address. If you do not have access to this email address, contact the current registrar and update the WHOIS contact information”
