Hi there!
Sure! I’ve changed the account currency to INR for you. :) You can click here to complete the upgrade to WordPress.com Personal.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on the site? Based on your site requirements, we’ll be happy to share specific guides and suggestions and help you accordingly.
Regards

Thank you very much!
Sure; this site is for my artistic documentation (images, texts and videos) of a specific long-term art project I have been working on for a few years, with the aim to possibly engage with a community of artists with similar interests. There is no commercial side to it.

That sounds great! Perhaps you might find it useful to organise some projects using the Portfolios option, so that you can add specific project tags and type categorization; but I do see you’ve started with blog posts (which work in quite a similar manner).
Especially if you’re interested in hosting some videos on the site, I can suggest the Premium plan which includes 13GB of storage and the option to upload videos:
If you’d rather not have comments as an available option on your blog posts, you could also consider adding a page with a contact form for people to get in touch with you:
