change of dashboard
-
Hi,
I hope you can help me. I have been using the wordpress template with the option to make posts stick to the top by clicking ‘sticky’. That option is no longer available, since the dashboard changed. Even now, if I post something, it may end up at the bottom of the blog roll, not at the top.
Please let me know how I can post the latest post at the top.
Much appreciated,
Nina -
When writing your post you can click beneath your site title on the left of the page where you see “saved x seconds ago”. There is an option there to make your post “sticky”. This is between your site title and the Preview/Publish buttons.

As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

@gasthaus
If you are referring to a wordpress.COm hosted site instead of that one, then know that we need the site URL up front, so we can verify hosting before we answer any thread posted to these support forums.Therefore, if that is the case, then please post the wordpress.com site URL starting with http://
