Change of display and user name

  If I change display and user name, will I still retain my followers?

  If I understand that system correctly, changing your display name and your user name should not affect who your followers are, or how many of them you have. You might want to be extremely nice and do a post on you changing your display name so that your followers know that the site hasn’t been given up to someone else. Never, under any circumstance tell anyone in any way, shape, or form, that you have changed your user name. There are some really mean people out there that can and will hijack your site if they can get half of the log in for free.
