Change of domain

    Hello! I have changed the domain name of my site from wp.jesus.de to www2.jesus.de – now my Jetpack-Professional-Plan seems to be gone. I can’t find any way to transfer the plan. Can you do that for me?

    Hi there,

    Jetpack has both monthly and yearly plans. It looks like you only bought a one-month subscription to the Jetpack plan, and that has already expired.

    If you still want a Jetpack plan on your site, you can add a new one by going to My Site ->Plans. Make very sure whether you’re selecting the monthly or the yearly payment option. If you select Monthly you need to renew it every month or the plan will be removed again.
