change of email

    Hello, I’ve been trying to change my email after realizing I had two accounts. My email address for this account is an inactive email and I would like to update it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). When I try to change my email it says that email is in use but I canceled the other account it was attached to. If you can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

    Hi,
    I am not sure if I understood it right, but if you want to change your email address of the account. Follow the steps below:

    • Click on your profile image at the top right corner
    • Once the dashboard opens on the left side, click on Account Settings
    • There you will find your username and below that your email address that can be changed.

    Thank you. I did that but it says the email is already in use and can’t be changed. So, I decided to make a completely new email and that works. Wish I could just use one but this is a work around. Thanks.
