Change of Email Address

  I have been trying to change my email address in my account settings. I enter the new address. I get the confirmation email, but when I go the link the email address stays the same. No change. I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong, if anything. I really would like to change the email address, I may not renew the domain and then the email address would be useless. Thank you.

  Is the e-mail address you are trying to update to already associated with another account. That may be why the e-mail update isn’t sticking:
