Change of email address

Hi Support Team
I changed my email address from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff), which was successful. I’m now trying to change it back, but no joy :( . I click on the accept/activation link confirming the change back (email visible only to moderators and staff) but nothing happens.
Can you please change my email to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
