change of email address

  Hi everyone, I would like to know how I can change my email address from a now not used yahoo mail to a new gmail address? I cannot seem to find out how to do this in my settings or account.

  Thanks for you prompt reply.
  I went to settings etc and put in my new google mail address deleting my yahoo one, but when I tried to save it, a notice in red letters came up that the gmail address is already being used, (That e-mail address is already being used.) and it won’t let me save the gmail address, and posts that I am subscribed to keep coming up in my yahoo email.
  Not sure what to do.

  Hey there,

  If you are getting that notice, that means that the gmail email is already tied to another WordPress.com account, and an email can only be tied to one account at a time. You’ll need to remove the gmail email from the other account in order to add it to the account of your preference.
