Change of Email Address

I wish to change the email address associated with my wordpress site. However, although it states the change is pending, I still haven’t received a confirmation email to verify the change many hours later! How can I get this sorted?

We can’t help with this here, no. That email address is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, and the confirmation email is also being sent directly from your site, not from our system.
The folks in the WordPress.org forum will be best able to help you with this.
