Change of email address pending

    waiting for change of email address email. I’ve changed the blog URL and email address in both gravatar and wordpress.com from jamjnr.com and (email visible only to moderators and staff) to plusatesix.com and (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I’ve also change the user name from nancyinshanghai to plusatesix.

    I’m now getting a message ‘change in email address pending’ when I look at my profile. I’m unable to comment on other blogs because my username isn’t working.

    Sorry this is a bit of a mess. Perhaps I should have just started again? If that’s the easiest way perhaps you can delete jamjnr.com/nancyinshanghai/www.jamjnr.com for me?

    Hi Nancy,

    Our systems send out verification emails when you try and change your email address. Did you receive that verification message? If you did not, then you’ll need to cancel the change and re-initiate it to re-generate the message. Make sure you’re checking in your spam folders and any filters you might have (if your email is run by google apps, check your social media folder as well).
