Change of email / problems logging in to my account

  I can no longer access my old email account, which was linked to my WordPress account, which I think is the reason I could not log into my WordPress site. In an attempt to link my wordpress account to my new email-address, it seems I have created a new wordpress account, which was NOT my intention. I just want to be able to log into the existing site: mycupofteacontemplations.com, and have it linked to my new email-address, as well as receive all WordPress info to my new email-address. I have no interest in creating a new account, or having to set up my existing site all over again. Please help me sort this out. thanks!
