change of my email

    Hi, you keep sending ‘login link’ to my Gmail inbox which I’ve already confirmed that my email has been changed from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) via your ‘Yahoo mail ‘ regarding ‘new email’, and yet, I still need to go back to my Gmail to get the ‘link’ to login, In addition, under my Account setting, it still says that my Yahoo mail is in pending till I confirm the change via your ‘notification email’…..what’s wrong??

    Hi there,

    I can see the email change request in your account around 9 hours ago, but that email change hasn’t been verified yet, and your account is still associated with the Gmail address. You can also check this on your end by viewing the Account Settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Did you receive the email with the subject line, [WordPress.com] New Email Address that was sent to the Yahoo address? If you did, you need to click the link in that email, while already logged into your account, to complete the change.

    If you’re clicking that link and get taken to the login page, or get sent a login link, it means something is preventing us from detecting that you’re already logged in. If you’re perhaps blocking tracking cookies in your browser, try temporarily allowing those/disabling the browser add-on you’re using to block them, and then try verifying your email change again.
