Change of my Polldaddy account (not happening)

  Hi dear helper,
  I am trying to change my Polldaddy account so that the emails I get go to a different email address than the originally planned.
  I go to Poll Settings and put into ‘Use A Different Account’ the new Polldaddy Email Address. Then I use the password I created for that email account.
  I also tried using the password of my WordPress page.
  In both cases, the following sign pops up and I cannot continue.

  “WP User Not Found, 956
  Account could not be linked. Are your email address and password correct?”

  Could you please help me by telling me what I am doing wrong and how to correct it.

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your Polldaddy account. To contact the Polldaddy staff directly, please submit a request at http://support.polldaddy.com/ and they will get you fixed right up! :)
