Change of name

To search for my blog it reads rcsbelle.wordpress.com. I wanted it to be the name of my blog rockingthepage.wordpres.com. Can this be changed or am I stuck. Please let me know if it can be changed as well as how to do so. Thank you for your help.

rockingthepage.sd10.bc.ca is set as the primary domain for rockingthepage.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.Please clarify what http://rcsbelle.wordpress.com/ has to do with this?

The site that you have posted in not my Blog site, but the rcsbelle.wordpress.com is.
I had originally signed up for the rockingthepage.wordpress.com but it looks like someone already has that.
I am very new to the blogging thing and I am trying to not use my personal site a my blog site.

You can change a site address ending in wordpress.com by following the steps here:

Please note that the final step in changing your site address allows you to keep or discard the old address. If you are changing your site address so that you can use the address for a new site, please be sure to keep the old address.
The address rockingthepage.wordpress.com is already owned by another WordPress.com user.
