Change of name of my blog

Hello!
I changed some times(weathers) ago the name of my blog, but there is a small problem. If I click twice the tab ‘Welcome’, it returns me on my old blog which tells me that the site does not exist any more. Why it arrives?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I assume you mean the Accueil meny button? This links to your old blog, so you would need to make it link to your new blog.
To fix this go to: Appearance > Menus when you’re inside the WordPress dashboard (unefilleetduchocolat.wordpress.com/wp-admin). Here you can control your main menu. Delete the current Accueil button, and replace it with a link that points to your current home page.
There is small menu a bit to the right of the menu set up (Pages, Posts, Custom Links and Categories). Drag your new Home page from the Pages tab, and label it Accueil if you want it to be the same. If you can’t find the Home page, click on Custom Links, type in unefilleetduchocolat.wordpress.com in the URL field, and Accueil in the Link Text field, and click Add to Menu.
