Change of owner

    Hi,
    I have open a firm with my partner and he was finish that site.
    He is no longer in my firm because he didn’t want invest anything in it and now I have problem.He is no longer at business paper open at government of Ireland but he don’t want give me password for WordPress.I recieve a questions about product and I can’t give the answer or anything .I must change password for get in and I don’t know how ,because he done everything on his computer.
    In december I need to pay hosting for web page to continued with and I think he want revenge to delete my web page.
    What can I do and how to change password…I have name of web page,name of firm,paper for firm that I owned it, our email
