    Hi again,
I am the owner of the sites, https://tbjfansuk.wordpress.com/ https://persecutionofchristian.wordpress.com/ https://watchprophettbjoshua.wordpress.com/, however, l am unable to log into https://tbjfansuk.wordpress.com/ which has Two-factor authentication set up with and because l changed my number due to unwanted phone calls and have not changed my number within first updating my number on my dashboard on my https://tbjfansuk.wordpress.com/ site. Anytime l tries to contact WordPress using or resetting my password it sends a code to my cancelled number that ends wit.
That’s why l am using https://persecutionofchristian.wordpress.com/ to contact you. I AM THE OWNER OF ALL THE SITES

    Kind Regards

  • We’ll reach out via your other account. Best.

I think I used (email visible only to moderators and staff) when l first registered and changed it 2 years later because my email was hacked twice within a month, plus BT decided to merge with Yahoo so created (email visible only to moderators and staff) and updated it in my dash and that’s the email address l have always used till l discovered WordPress now have the two step logging in place so l set it up using my [redacted] to receive a code to complete my login.
Because I setup the two-step authentication when l tries to use lost password to reset my account it sends the code to my cancelled phone number which l no long access to. I spoke with Vodafone this morning and asked if l can get my old number back but l was told the only way is to reverse back my number which would take 21 working days plus l would lose the prime / golden number ([redacted]) l paid £300.00 for.
I have searched all my email addresses to look for when l paid for my Theme years ago but l can’t find them.
    Below are my email addresses.
(email visible only to moderators and staff) No longer in use
(email visible only to moderators and staff) My main one l use
(email visible only to moderators and staff) In use
(email visible only to moderators and staff) in use
(email visible only to moderators and staff) In use
I have attached my site verification

I have proved you with all my email addresses but you claim that not what’s record, that it mean that my account have been compromised? When l try to reset my password it sends the link to my cancelled number l also check all my email addresses junk mails etc. but nothing. I can’t my activation link when l first registered and also the code the l set up the two step verification with my number [redacted]

Hallo, I have the same issue: Change of phone number
Please can you help me with my old account which has the same email address like the new account I created today, to be able to enter support. The new account has the known email address as recovery email address.
Thank you so much in advance.

  • @watchingtbjoshua, telling us the email address you think is associated with an account, or an email address you own, does not in any way verify that you own a particular WordPress.com site or account.

I see you have replied to one of the emails we sent you and Sami is currently helping you there. Please reply to that email with the information we asked for so we can help you regain access to the correct account.

I am closing this forum thread to further replies to avoid further duplication.

    @nofuffn
, please do not post into threads created by other users. It is impossible that your old account has the same email address as the new account that you created today, as two WordPress.com accounts cannot have the same email address. If you’ve lost access to a site hosted on WordPress.com, you can find our account recovery process here:
