Change of title/new blog at same address

  I wish to write a new blog on a new topic but want to keep the same address alternatively I could change the title and maybe start a new page? but it seems I cannot change the title without an administrator inviting me

  You can always change your site title via your Settings -> General page. Are you seeing an error message when you try to do this?

  If so, can you let me know what account you’re logged into when trying to change the title?
