Hello
I need some advice/help.
some days ago i have to wordpress site’s https://teamagder.wordpress.com/ and https://llkverna.wordpress.com/
under one user profile. I have no tried to change user profil for https://llkverna.wordpress.com/ With no luck. I have follow the routin transfer blog but no i cant open it and change the the user and user profile. I can only look at the site llkverna.wordpress.com. Is ther any who can help me to open this site again an change the user profile and owner.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am not sure if I understand that correctly but let me try to break it down –
You had two sites under one account, let’s say FirstAccount –
1) https://teamagder.wordpress.com/
2) https://llkverna.wordpress.com/And you wanted to change the user account for the second site. So it becomes something like this –
For FirstAccount you have –
https://teamagder.wordpress.com/And for SecondAccount you have –
https://llkverna.wordpress.com/If that’s what you wish to do, then you have to follow the instructions on this page –
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/But I think you’ve already done that and you’re stuck on some other step which is not completely described in the original post.
So I’ll mark this thread with modlook and someone from the staff can check where you’re stuck :)

Hi there,
I can see that you transferred that site to the username, kverna, 6 days ago. You need to log out of this account and log in as the kverna account, then you will have access to your other site.

and change the username.

You need to log in as the username, kverna, not as the username, teamagder. kverna now owns the site, after you transferred the site to them.

I can not use mine for teamagder (as i use before)

kverna is a different account. You transferred your site to that account. You need to log in using the password for that account as it does not use the same password as this account.
If you don’t remember what password you used when you created the kverna account, you can find our account recovery options here:

hmm. when i put in kverna as the username in the Box lost password i klick next it only pop up New Box With teamagder and put in password.
here is the text.

and change the account, there was no place to change username and password for the New account.

You need to log out of your teamagder account first. You can’t reset the password of another account while you are still logged into this account.

The kverna account is not new. That account exists since 2009.
Did you create that account, or did you transfer your site to an account you don’t own?

I own both sides in one account, teamagder and LLkverna.

to my friends in a klub called Kverna. (They dont have any account yet)
I try to transfer it With follow a instruction but when i put Kverna in as a username and confirm this link i get on mail i lost all Connection to it.Here is the mail i got from wordpress.

That is because the account kverna exists. So you transferred the site to someone else’s account. That site now belongs to whoever owns the account, kverna, because you gave the site to them. You basically gave your site away to someone you don’t know.
If you want to transfer a site to a different account you FIRST need to create the new account, and THEN transfer.
kverna now owns your site, so I will need to contact them to try and get it back for you. This can take a few days as I will need to wait for them to answer me.

Good news. The user to whom you transferred the site has replied and they’ve transferred your site back to your account, so you can now access it again.
If you still want to transfer to your friend, please ask them to first create their own account via this link:
https://wordpress.com/start/account/user/
Once they have their own username, you can then transfer the site to that username.
