Are you looking to change peterbragg.wordpress.com to a different ______.wordpress.com address? Or from peterbragg.wordpress.com to a custom URL like peterbragg.com?

no not a custom URL I wanted to change the peterbragg.wordpress.com to utcreatives.wordpress.com to match the title of the blog
any ideas on how?

Before you do that, note that you can NEVER return to the old URL. If you delete it, neither you nor anyone else can ever use it again. You lose ALL search engine ranking and start over from zero. And there are lots of posts in the forums from people who’ve lost their blog followers when they change URL.

Then add the “I don’t like my new name, can I have my old deleted name back, please please please PLEASE”
Safer to register the new name and transfer the content to the new name, then buy site redirect or put a note on the old address you have moved and then set the old site to where the content can’t be seen by search engines (set Posts to Private or Draft)

Both Raincoaster and Auxclass have given you good advice.
I will only add that you SHOULDN’T lose your followers when you change names. However, if you want to be sure about it, you can do as has been suggested and then ask a staff member to transfer your followers from old site to new site.
Just different ways of getting to the same destination.
