Change of Web address

    Hello, I currently have a website with WordPress with the free plan (ie saintpeterukiah.wordpress.com ). I am interested in upgrading to a paid plan at some point, and changing the domain to saintpeterukiah.com . I am worried that when I do this, people will type in the old web address and will not find the website anymore. Will WordPress automatically redirect such such queries to the new address?

    Yes, WordPress.com will automatically redirect to the new domain.
