Change of website associated with my wordpress account

  • Hi there,

Yes, upload the screenshot to the media library of your WordPress.com site, and we’ll be able to see it there.

    Thanks,

Ok, uploaded. The file is called Network Solutions script result.png

  • Thanks, I’m looking here: https://wordpress.com/media — I don’t see it yet.

You could also use a service like snipboard.io.

Also, did you know we host sites with plugins and outside themes now? That does require a Business Plan if you need outside plugins and themes, but it includes our management and direct, chat-based support, as well as SSL, spam-filtering, backups, and a bunch of other features.

And you wouldn’t have to get support here in the forums — these are mainly for free sites.

Sorry, I uploaded to my site — just put it at your link. I’m looking at going with Blue Host once I get a partial refund from Network Solutions.

  • Hm, yeah that should indeed show your hosting provider what they need to correct.

Jetpack needs access to that file in order to communicate with your site, but that file is blocked.

Only your hosting provider has access to the logs necessary to determine why.
