Change order of items in Canape's menu

  hello, i was wondering: in which order do items within a menu appear in the Canape theme?

  it’s not alphabetic order for sure, but I want my items to appear alphabetically – is there anyway to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The default menu is ordered based on the pageID of the pages, which are determined by the order in which you created the pages.

  To change the order of the menu, you can create a custom menu instead. Then you can add the items you want, and arrange them in any order by drag-and-dropping them.

  sorry for not being clear, I meant to ask about the food menus feature (and seemingly unique to) of canape theme, not the menu for social links and headers in general.

  Under “Food Menus” choose “Menu Items” – there you can drag and drop the order of the menu items to whatever you choose and click the “save new order” button to save those changes.

  There’s no way to sort it alphabetically automatically – you’ll need to set that order yourself.
