Change ownership

    Hi, do you have a phone number that I can call? I would like to find out where the ownership changed was done right for our website, MSSL music.org. Thank you. The new owner’s credit card was entered but does not seem to show in the account.

    Hey there, we aren’t in a call center, but we can likely help point you in the right direction.

    Right now you aren’t logged into the account that has upgrades. In fact, it looks like two other users have upgrades on this site.

    Can you have the folks who get renewal reminder emails or receipts to log in using their email addresses?

    Once you’ve got that, have them reach out via https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can help sort out who the owner is supposed to be, transfer upgrades and site ownership if needed, and then re-add the card if required a that point.
