  To edit your blog’s pages, click the Pages menu in your dashboard and follow this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

  If all your want to do is shorten what’s displayed in the page slug you can do that here > Appearance > Menus
  locate the Page click to open:
  Navigation Label – change here
  click to close
  “save menu”
