Change page name on site

  Hey guys,

  If you check out my site, http://www.feedindonesia.org, you can say the first page is titled “HOME”. I would like to change this to “OUR STORIES”. I have already updated the page name through the pages menu as an admin, but nothing changes on the actual site. Can anything be done to change it?
