How do I change the page title of my site, the one in html code, because when I try to add it as a bookmark, it bookmarks it as santiapps.co instead of .com.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are referring to a self-hosted WordPress.org install, then you will have to seek help at the correct support forum, which is http://wordpress.org/support/

oh! im sorry, i was looking at the wrong site…
btw, if i have a blog at wordpress.com, which I do :). Is there anyway to hook it up to my wordpress.org website hosted on my server? Not programmatically, but thru some wp-admin/ panel configuration thingie?

There is no “hook-up” that you can do through the admin panels.
Every wordpress blog has an RSS feed for comments and for posts (entries).

http://quique123.wordpress.com/comments/feed/If you website cannot draw from RSS feeds then you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
