Change page title style in the Forefront theme

  I would like to change how the page titles look on my site using the Forefront theme.

  For the services and contact pages, I’d like them to look like this page, with a gray title aligned left with a line under it across the width of the page: http://www.wildfireapp.com/plans

  How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
