Change paid account to 2nd WordPress site

  I have two WordPress sites. I just paid for a paid plan, but it appears that the paid plan only covers ONE of my two WordPress sites. I need a paid plan for the OTHER site. How do I transfer my paid WordPress account to apply to my other WordPress site?
