  Hi there, when I requested to change my log in password but I have not received a link to my email address to reset the password.

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to change the password for your roisinphelangmailcom WordPress.com account you used to post here? Or for the admin user account on a stand-alone WordPress site?

  To change the password for your WordPress.com account, go to https://wordpress.com/me/security/password and change it there. You don’t need to request a link via email to update your account password.

  I also don’t see any password reset requests for this account, so we haven’t sent you an email for this.

  If you’re speaking of a stand-alone WordPress site, I’m afraid we’re not able to help. Those sites are not on our servers, and the password reset emails for those sites don’t come from us, but from your hosting provider’s servers.
