  Is there a way to change the text that is shown when someone clicks on a password protected page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid not, sorry. That text is in the theme’s code, which is not editable on WordPress.com blogs.

  Just to clarify: is there a way NOT to have the word “Protected” appear before each password-protected headline?
