Change Past Blog Post Links to Updated URL?

    I recently bought my own custom domain name and mapped it to my WordPress.com blog. I noticed that my old posts and trackbacks to my posts still have the ‘.wordpress.com’ extension, is there a way to change that to my new url? The blog I had was “pleinvanity.wordpress.com” and now it is “pleinvanity.com”
