Hi there. I can confirm your account is set to euros (EUR), so you should be able to use it for the upgrade.
If that doesn’t help, can you please share a screenshot where we can see the problem? Also, let us know what kind of plan are you after . If you share more info about your goals with the site, I’d be happy to offer a few suggestions. :)

I would like to upgrade my plan. I created the account while I was in Switzerland, so the default currency is in CHF. I would like to change it into EUR. Could somebody help me?

As staff-miltonb mentioned, your account currency is already in EUR as requested. If you have more than one WordPress.com account, you’ll want to be sure you’re logged into the correct WordPress.com account to see the EUR currency.
If you’re still seeing another currency in the correct account, can you try clearing your browser cache? Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clear-your-browser-cache

I am a different user, I joined this conversation because I saw my topic of interest.
In the end, I paid in CHF, and now that I upgraded my plan I should be able to get personalized help, I will later ask to change my profile in EUR.

I am having a similar issue with my site. I want to upgrade my Jetpack Plugin, but the currency is in YEN instead of USD. I set my site up in Japan two years ago, but now I live in the U.S. I also tried clearing my browser history.

Your account currency was still in JPY (Japanese Yen). I’ve changed your account currency from JPY to USD, as requested.
