  I want to change them for improving SEO , look like wordpress.org .

  I’m sorry but that’s not possible on wordpress.com free hosted blogs. You may confure the slug but that’s all you may do. If thatis is a deal breaker for you then you can hire a wbehost and get a free wordpress.ORG install for self hosting.   I know this issue but that is one idea ( suggestion ) for wordpress.com !!!!!!!
