change picture on main page

  I have this blog, I want to upload a specific picture, so whenever anyone logs on to this page they can see that specific picture.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are using Twenty Eleven. The header image of exactly 1000 × 288 pixels will be used as-is. You upload it here > Appearance > Header
