  I have a couple of different sites through wordpress.com

  One of these, jujutarot.com I am not currently using, but I’ve paid for the premium plan.

  The site I am using, rheasgarden.wordpress.com is still on the Free plan.

  I’m wondering if it’s possible to change it so that Rheas Garden can make use of the premium plan that I’ve already paid for and Juju Tarot can go back on the free plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  Are you planning to register a custom domain for rheasgarden.wordpress.com? If so it will need it’s own plan, unless you want to cancel shiningsoultarot.com which is currently using that credit from the plan.

  Remember, that domain cancellation should be considered permanent. There’s no guarantee you’ll ever be able to regain ownership of it once it is cancelled.

  Thanks so much for your help and your quick reply.

  I’m planning on getting a custom domain in the future, and I’m not planning on using shiningsoultarot.com again so if it’s possible to cancel that and transfer the plan across that would be brilliant!

  Hi there,

  Just a correction – there is no need to cancel any of your existing domains. But the free domain in your plan cannot be used for another domain at this point, so if you want to buy a custom domain for rheasgarden.wordpress.com before your plan’s next renewal, you’ll have to pay for that separately.

  I’ve now removed your Premium Plan from jujutarot.wordpress.com and added it to rheasgarden.wordpress.com. Your two domains, jujutarot.com and shiningsoultarot.com are still on the jujutarot.wordpress.com site. If you want to cancel either of them you can do that from the Purchases page.

  Once the Premium Plan on rheasgarden.wordpress.com renews in July next year, the free domain in that plan will become available to use again, but you can add a new domain to that site and pay for it separately at any time as well. Should you do that, please contact support afterwards so we can make sure the new domain is linked to your plan for future renewals.
