change plan

    Hello
    I would like to change my plan ! I don’t need business plan…My website is a personal one. So, how to change it ? To come back to the premium plan ? Do I have to cancel the actuel plan et subscribe to premium? No risk to loose my data

    Please don’t cancel anything. Downgrading is a manual process that we do for you on our end.

    However, there are a few things we’ll need to confirm with you to do this, so can you please open a request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact instead? That will connect you to email or live chat support where we’ll be better able to help in this case :)
