  how i can change my plan to free business from a blog plan

  If you mean that when creating your site you selected “blog” rather than the second option “business” that only decides what type of theme is initially selected for your site. If you don’t want your current Dara theme you can easily change to a more business-oriented theme at https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/business
