    I have been paying you for several years but I can’t find the site on my computer, please advise. Mike also please correct my email address to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and stop my .com and .info. do not use those emails.

    We offer a full refund if you cancel an upgrade within our refund period. But in this case it appears you also disputed the charge with your bank. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. You can read our full policy here:

    I think I might have misunderstood your request here. Sorry about that.

    Our billing support team has followed up with you regarding last year’s payment which we’d refunded back then.

    I see you’ve now closed your WordPress.com account, so this notification should be the last you hear from us.

    If you wish to reopen this account, you can do that for the next 30 days by replying to the account closure confirmation email we’d sent you earlier. After that the account will be permanently closed.
