Change post order (to the first post at top of screen)
-
Hi,
I would like to know how to change the order my posts are displayed in from first post at the top of the screen and descending to the most recent at the bottom as i am creating a road trip blog and chronologically it makes sense for it to start from the beginning. How do i do this without manually changing the dates the posts were posted on???
Many Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no link you can click to reverse published post order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
Blogs are essentially a reverse chronological order publishing tool and you cannot change this order on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. Readers arrive to read our most recent posts. In the case of my blog that means they don’t have to slog through over 890 posts to locate the most recent one.
You can falsify datestamps prior to publication to create a different post order.
You can use the display post shortcode. See here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/display-posts-vs-archives?replies=2#post-1289363
For the option of creating a book-like structure see here> http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/ Perhaps that will work for you.
To create and use a single sticky post as an index page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

Ah ok I though it might be an issue. The book like structure looks interesting I’ll look into it! Thanks!
